Refund policy

  • We have an return & exchange policy if informed within 24 hours of delivery. You can email us at  support@glitzica.com with the order no. or can whatsapp at +91-9109990267.
  • We offer a free return/replacement/exchange/refund only for product/s which is/ are damaged /broken or significantly different from website description. Photography can have slight impact on color of products (not a condition for replacement)
  • Please an unboxing video before opening the package. The video should start from opening the seal and end with showing the product/s to facilitate seamless returns.
  • Meeting Shipping & Delivery policy is must for Returns & Replacement eligibility.
  • In case of significantly different, the product/s must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original sealed box, invoice, tags, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any. Make sure you have not used the product. Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back.
  • All loss or damage while return from you is your responsibility. We will not be liable for any such incidents. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • When we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure everything is present and in it’s in original condition and then issue either a full refund (bound per refund policy) or a different item in exchange (bound per exchange policy), as per your request in a week.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in case the order request is not acceptable to us. Upon such cancellation, we will give you a full refund. Any such cancellation shall be at the sole discretion of Glitzica and you will have no right to contest the same. The reasons for cancellation could be due to non-availability of the Product/s, inaccuracy in Product or pricing information or due to reasons of any fraud or wrong usage of payment mechanism adopted by you. Any cancellation will be intimated to you by us over phone or mail.
  • In the event you desire to cancel any order, then, such cancellation must be done prior to the dispatch of the Product/s to you. Once dispatched, we will not accept any cancellation request from your end. Please call us or email us at support@glitzica.com to notify us about the cancellation.
  • If the order is cancelled by us, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will provide you full refund including shipping charges. In all monetary refunds, we reserve the right to choose the mode of refund. The refund payment will be made by way of online transfer as per our preference within 7 days after confirmation from us. Confirmation is subject to quality confirmation and acceptance by us as per policy. The money amount refunded will be what is paid to us after discounts/ promotions.
